Todor brings over 25 years of experience solving customers’ needs and generating returns for investors and shareholders at large, complex enterprises and startup organizations across continents and various industries. Before Beluga Medical, Todor led inHEART’s AI-solution from a research tool to a global service used in hundreds of hospitals across Europe and the United States. Todor previously served as CEO of NuVera Medical and VP at GE Ultrasound. Todor started his career at Siemens Medical Solutions.

Alan’s career in medical device development spans over 35 years, primarily with early-stage startups that quickly grew and achieved successful exits. Prior to co-founding Beluga Medical, Alan was an R&D Fellow with Biosense Webster, after serving as the VP of R&D at NuVera Medical from inception through the Johnson & Johnson acquisition. Alan also led the development from inception through clinical and/or commercial release at ZipLine Medical (acq by Stryker), and Silk Road Medical (acq by Boston Scientific), Paracor Medical, Atrionix (acq by Johnson & Johnson), and Cardima (IPO).

Larry is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the medical device field, having managed broad areas of responsibility in product development, manufacturing operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. He has brought many start-up programs to full commercialization, with his most recent position being Senior VP of R&D and Operations at NuVera Medical. He has served in many management and engineering roles with several startups as well as established firms such as Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson.
